We sit down together, walk every decision, and lock the plan. From here forward there is no hit-and-try.
Stage 04 · Weeks 7–8 from finalisation
Equipment, services, and integrations come together on schedule — tested against the load model we built in stage two.
Stage 05 · Week 9 from finalisation
Doors open. Your team takes the keys with a kitchen that's already been stress-tested for service.
